1. Access & Anti-Piracy

Access to the ResearcherMinds "Active Matrix" is granted via individual scholarly accounts. Sharing credentials or using automated "bots" to scrape our curriculum is strictly prohibited. We employ forensic telemetry (Device fingerprinting) to detect account sharing. Violation will result in an immediate "Forensic Lock" on your account without refund.

2. Mindful AI Usage

The 48 Neural Engines are tools for research acceleration, not a replacement for scholarly judgment. You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated outputs against original scientific sources. ResearcherMinds is not liable for methodological errors in your final research.

3. Academic Integrity & Misconduct

You agree not to use ResearcherMinds to generate fraudulent data, plagiarize existing works, or bypass university ethics committee (IRB) requirements. Using our tools to auto-generate a thesis without intellectual contribution is a violation of our "Researcher's Charter."

Zero-Tolerance Policy

"Scientific misconduct, data falsification, and malicious misuse of our AI engines will result in permanent termination of access without refund."

4. Intellectual Property

While you retain full ownership of your specific research inputs and outputs, the methodologies, frameworks, and AI architectures of ResearcherMinds remain the exclusive property of Yogatraya AIResearch LLP. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our proprietary systems.

5. Payment & Termination

Memberships are billed in advance according to the "Research Journey" plan selected. You may terminate your access at any time through your dashboard settings. Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy.
