1. Membership Strategy
New memberships (Initiate, Scholar, Investigator, Specialist, Candidate, Fellow, Savant) are eligible for a 7-day limited refund window.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Within 7 Days
Request must be submitted within 168 hours of purchase timestamp.
Unused Fuel
Refund amount is calculated based on your remaining unused Mindful AI Power.
One Per Plan
Each unique subscription tier is eligible for exactly one refund request.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Post-Eligibility Window
Requests made after the 7-day window cannot be processed under any circumstances.
Exhausted Credits
If 100% of the initial Mindful AI Power has been consumed, the account is deemed "Fully Utilized" and no refund is available.
Protocol Violations
Accounts terminated for scientific misconduct or policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
4. Resolution Pathway
In cases of technical gateway failure where a payment is captured but credits are not fulfilled, a resolution will be processed within 24-48 hours of notification.
